
Preschool
Our preschool runs September - mid June and fosters the growth and development of children ages 2-5. The school day is Monday - Friday 9am-3pm. Our focus is learning, growing and developing in many skills as we prepare kids to successfully enter Elementary in the smoothest transition possible.

Before & After Care
Our Before & After Care program runs with the school year starting at 7:45am and goes till 5:00pm. It provides a safe and fun space for children to unwind, have a snack and engage in play outside of school hours. Summer Program
Our summer program offers a fun and enriching environment where children can explore, create and grow in the months between the school years. With engaging activities, outdoor play, water fun and field trips all around town, your kids will have fun, make new friends, and create memories.

Amanda Lack
Director/Teacher
Amanda Lack has been the Director of Little Lambs Preschool since 2017 and brings two decades of teaching experience and a passion for creating a safe and loving environment where children thrive and families feel supported. She’s also the T/Th Pre-K teacher and loves to really partner with families in their children’s growth and progress each year.

Alicia McGaugh
Administration Assistant
Alicia has been the Administrative Assistant at Little Lambs for the past six years. Alicia finds joy in connecting with local families and watching children grow, as it brings her happy memories of when her own kids attended Little Lambs. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping in the summer and quilting on frigid winter days.

Chani Knobe

Hi, my name is Chani Knobe and this is my second year teaching Pre-K at Little Lambs. Before I became a teacher, I was a Little Lambs mom, so I’ve been fortunate to be part of the Little Lambs and PCJH community for the past 4 years.

Matias Encina
Teacher
My name is Matias! I was born in Chile but grew up in Jackson. I love the outdoors, and some of my favorite activities include hiking, backpacking, and longboarding. I graduated from JHHS and attended CWC. I have been teaching at Little Lambs for about 6 years! Hope to see you soon!

Heather Martin
Teacher
Heather grew up in a small town in Michigan and graduated from Cornerstone University with a degree in Child Psychology in 2017. Shortly after, she moved to Jackson and worked at Joy Summer Camp which then led to her becoming a teacher at Little Lambs Preschool. She has been teaching preschool for 8 years.

Brandi Radford
Teacher
Mrs. Brandi is a graduate of Jackson High School and owned her own Home Day Care here in the valley for several years. She brings many years of experience teaching preschool and loves the environment working at Little Lambs! She enjoys being creative with her students in art class coming up with fun concepts from each child’s own interests.
